30-Day Return Policy (Unused Items)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused merchandise that is returned in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Product Failure / Defective Items

If your product fails during normal use or arrives defective, we will take care of you.

If you believe your item is defective or failed:

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if possible)

Once reviewed, we will provide the next steps. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

How to Start a Return

  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a product defect or failure. If your item is confirmed defective, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and inventory reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.
