30-Day Return Policy (Unused Items)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused merchandise that is returned in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Product Failure / Defective Items
If your product fails during normal use or arrives defective, we will take care of you.
If you believe your item is defective or failed:

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if possible)
Once reviewed, we will provide the next steps. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
How to Start a Return

- The product(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return (optional but helpful)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a product defect or failure. If your item is confirmed defective, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and inventory reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rockhard Tools. Below is our shipping policy so you know what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In that case, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Rockhard Tools is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost shipments, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look around the delivery location
- Contact the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Take photos of the packaging and the product(s)
Email us at orders@rockhardtoolsinc.com within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and photos
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping (Optional)
At this time, we do ship internationally.
This must be requested through our customer service team at orders@rockhardtoolsinc.com. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply. Delivery times may vary by destination country.
